Our project starten 14 years ago in Nepal were we started our hikes (QuestTreks) with Nepali youngsters in the Himalayas. Personal leadership journeys with Theory U at its base. Pretty soon Dutch youngsters joined. Which enriched the program enormously for both cultures. After a short while we started to collaborate with education in the Netherlands, in honors programs, in career and orientation programs, personal development programs. And at this moment we organize QuestTreks in the Netherlands, Belgium and in Nepal. This form of connecting with self and others is deeply transformational and builds a strong sense of belonging.
