I explore the tension between decolonial worldviews and capitalist realities through experiences in Latin America and Europe. I believe the bridge between these polarities begins with deep inner work—individually and collectively—to reclaim identity beyond imposed narratives.

Over the past months, I immersed myself in indigenous communities in Latin America while simultaneously navigating European systems of leadership and capitalism. This contrast revealed a painful history of discrimination and imposed worldviews, yet also the resilience of ancestral knowledge. These two poles—often seen as opposites—are not equal in weight; they deserve nuanced attention, historical awareness, and empathy.
I believe that the bridge between these polarities is not merely a negotiation of external systems, but a profound journey inward: questioning who we are beyond colonial legacies, reconnecting with our humanity, and building communities grounded in dignity and collective purpose. This is a story that inspires to engage in transformative dialogue that unites inner development with systemic change.
My project reflects “Bridging Polarities” by addressing the tension between decolonial worldviews and capitalist systems, recognizing their unequal histories and deep-rooted legacies. It invites a journey inward—individually and collectively—to heal these divides and honor diverse ways of being and knowing.
