Since 2018, I have led human flourishing workshops and coaching for healthcare professionals, later integrating them into my teaching at the Lebanese University Faculty of Public Health. With the IDGs, my work gained new depth, helping transform burnout into resilience and conflict into collaboration. The impact has been tangible: stronger teamwork, greater patient trust, and renewed professional purpose. I have learned that inner development, especially in times of crisis, is a catalyst for resilience and sustainable change.

My work directly reflects the theme of Bridging Polarities by addressing the lived tensions healthcare professionals face in Lebanon: scarcity vs. abundance, urgency vs. long-term vision, burnout vs. resilience, silence vs. authentic communication. Through the lens of the IDGs, I guide professionals to transform these polarities into bridges, cultivating presence, empathy, and courage. The result is not only personal growth, but also systemic impact, where inner development becomes the pathway to stronger collaboration, trust, and sustainable healthcare practices.
