I call this Project Awaken the Dreamer. I’ve been following the IDGs since 2022, when I studied developmental coaching with Jennifer Garvey Berger. I began studying a developmental style of coaching called unfoldment with Steve March in 2023 and dreamwork in 2024. Dreamwork has been the most rapid form of developmental work I’ve experienced, and the Aletheia unfolding approach naturally allows access to many of the IDG qualities as we deepen contact with our inner experience. This development inspired me to engage more directly in work tied to the SDGs, which I do with the organization, SAGE, Senior Advocates for Generational Equity. SAGE was actually born from a dream. (see link below) And I support their work focused on developing citizens in times of polarization. What I’ve learned from working with SAGE is that working through polarization begins as an inside job. Turning to our dreams is a free resource we each have access to every night, and this can be the first step on the journey to a more integrated self and world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJ44pLUYtcA
